TweetPhoto makes it easy to share

If you’re looking for an iPhone application to share photos across your social networks, you may want to give TweetPhoto a roll. The site just got an overhaul – which prominently features photos of the Full House cast – and this new iPhone app makes it pretty simple to share pictures across Twitter, MySpace, Facebook, or Foursquare accounts. I downloaded the free app TweetPhoto Pro and it looks pretty good: it has a clean interface that makes it quick to scan your friends’ photo streams, as well as public or popular photos

While Android users have been prancing around town with the Google Goggles app primed to identify objects by snapping a quick picture, the iPhone camp has been left without a viable visual search app to call their own. I think it’s a crying shame that  Tawkon’s iPhone application won’t be allowed in the App Store because it seems like a well-crafted program that could find a large audience.

Verizon hit with major data outages

Verizon Wireless said it has fixed a software issue that caused customers east of the Mississippi to not receive mobile data or get 3G at pathetic speeds. he nation’s largest mobile operator said there was a bad switch software at one of their data centers that caused slower data speeds, or no access at all to the 3G network. The network was suffering for about four hours and Verizon ( NYSE: VZ ) did not say how many users were impacted
