Palm Pre and Pixi get Gowalla for webOS

Tuesday, March 9th, 2010

The Gowalla location-based check-in service that has been making the rounds on Android and iPhone is now available for webOS devices, like the Palm ( NSDQ: PALM ) Pre and Pixi.  Anyone familiar with Foursquare will roughly know the shtick: go to a place, check in using a mobile app, and get rewards, both virtual and real. TweetPhoto makes it easy to share

Monday, March 8th, 2010

If you’re looking for an iPhone application to share photos across your social networks, you may want to give TweetPhoto a roll. Thursday, March 4th, 2010

iPhone users, your day of visual search reckoning has arrived! While Android users have been prancing around town with the Google Goggles app primed to identify objects by snapping a quick picture, the iPhone camp has been left without a viable visual search app to call their own. Tawkon measures iPhone radiation, won’t be approved by Apple

Thursday, March 4th, 2010

I think it’s a crying shame that  Tawkon’s iPhone application won’t be allowed in the App Store because it seems like a well-crafted program that could find a large audience.

Remember when Apple ( NSDQ: AAPL ) decided to be our dad and removed all applications with sexual content or innuendo from the App Store? Well, it looks like they missed one and it pulled in $10,000 in a week before being pulled
